OLA Miami

1745 James St.
The Sanctuary Hotel
Miami Beach, FL, 33139, United States
TEL: (305) 673-5455

Owned by Douglas Rodriguez—who also founded Yuca on Lincoln Road—OLA specializes in creative pan-Latino cuisine with Spanish and Caribbean influences. The expansive dining room has dark-wood floors, square chairs, and red accents. The house specialty is the ceviche, and the menu contains several variations of this classic dish, including a lobster version with chili-spiced cucumber. Other menu selections include crispy pork with clam sauce and plantain-crusted mahi mahi. Wines from Spain and South America are available by the glass or the bottle.

Insider Tip:

OLA is one of the few places in Miami where you can learn to make mojitos and ceviche. Classes are held on their rooftop lounge, but only by advance reservation for both small and large groups.
