There's much to admire at Ian Schrager's newest property, The Miami Beach EDITION, and that includes Matador Room, the 1950s glam-inspired eatery from renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The ever-changing menu makes the most of South Florida's local produce and proteins, and comprises small and large plates that pay tribute to global cuisines from Spain to South America. For the best views, grab a seat on the terrace; for the best people-watching, opt for a table in the oval, sunken dining room.
