After turning the original New York Scarpetta into a smash hit, chef Scott Conant opened this nautically themed outpost in Miami Beach's Fontainebleau hotel. The restaurant is known for chef Conant's urban-rustic Italian specials, including succulent baby goat and the Naples-style pasta al pomodoro. Plenty of windows allow an abundance of natural light and ocean views inside the dining room, and alfresco dining is available on the wraparound patio. The interior is outfitted with blue chairs and porthole windows.
