Ivoire
Although Ivoire is a French restaurant, it is one of the trendiest eateries in the Polanco district. Perhaps this is because the location is incomparable with the serene Parque del Reloj directly across the street. The interior has a peaceful vibe thanks to a Provençal design. At breakfast, try the “divorced” eggs (fried eggs with both red and green chile sauces). Polanco’s elite come here at lunch for entrée-sized salads and fish-based soups. The dinner menu focuses more on steaks and chops. Ivoire is also known for its cheese and charcuterie, including freshly cut Spanish prosciutto.
Insider Tip:
For the best views of the park, sit on the third-floor terrasse where lush greenery surrounds the patio and heaters warm guests both morning and evening.
