Built in 2005, the resort contains an impressive range of facilities and services, including tennis courts, a gym, children’s club, spa, three pools (one indoor, two outdoor), and complimentary champagne at sunset. The architecture and interior design of the 91 rooms and suites pay homage to Sicily’s historical status as a cultural crossroads with Moorish, Norman, and Arabic accents. The on-site Dubbesi Restaurant does the same with its menu by mixing Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Room to Book:
The best sunset views are from the rooms facing the pool and restaurant area, but they also get most of the noise.
Insider Tip:
Although the hotel has a private beach 10 miles away, it’s not the best quality. Try the one in Tonnarella.
