Things to do in Marina
Pink curtains and tasseled light fixtures make Sweetdish, in the Marina District, feel girlie in a good way. Licorice lace and large swirled lollipops look like edible artwork. Top treats?Rock-candy dots and hard candies in apothecary jars.
Interactivity is key at this well-named museum, where the exhibits are meant to be touched, messed around with, and even—in the case of the wonderful Tactile Dome, a maze of cushioned pitch-black tunnels that you scramble through on your hands and knees—penetrated.
