38 N. Moore St., New York, NY 10013

Espasso sells contemporary, art-deco inspired furniture with a Brazilian influence. While São Paulo native Carlos Junqueira opened the store in 2002, it has only been at its present location in Tribeca since 2006. The all-white showroom highlights pieces on display, which tend to feature fine, dark woodwork and range from dining tables to sofas to bookcases. The collections sold are designed to showcase leading 20th-century Brazilian designers and architects, including Isay Weinfeld and Lia Siqueirae. The shop also sells home accessories like lighting, flatware, vases, and art.
