Serving what are, arguably, some of New York City’s best bagels, Absolute Bagels is a small, unassuming shop on the city’s famed Upper West Side. The light, soft bagels and reasonable prices have earned the store a devoted following among Columbia University students and locals in the know. Absolute sells a myriad of flavors, and some of its most popular include the traditional egg, cinnamon raisin and whole wheat sesame. Customers can choose from a number of flavored cream cheeses and traditional bagel toppings like salmon. Bagel sandwiches are also served.
