Authentic, homemade Italian classics are what distinguish Brentwood’s Pecorino. Inside the dining room, iron chandeliers hang overhead from wooden beams, and the centerpice of the all-brick wall is a ceiling-high wine rack. Chef Raffaele Sabatini—born in Italy and trained in Rome—plates up homemade pastas like fettuccine alla Bolognese and pappardelle al pesto, as well as classics like branzino, a whole de-boned Mediterranean seabass, and lamb “casserole, the chef’s hometown recipe that includes de-boned rack of lamb with pecorino cheese and artichokes.

Insider Tip:

Pecorino is named for the pungent sheep’s milk comprising some of Italy’s most flavorful cheeses. Sample the restaurant's selection of "Pecorino” cheeses for dessert.
