This lively Italian restaurant from Nancy Silverton, Mario Batali, and Joseph Bastianich is located next door to its more casual sister establishment, Pizzeria Mozza. Brave the busy reservation line here for burrata from Basilicata with bacon, marinated escarole, and caramelized shallots, as well as orecchiette with sausage and Swiss chard. The restaurant is appropriately centered around a white Carrara marble mozzarella bar, where a dozen customers perched on schools await small plates featuring housemade cheeses.
