More informal than his flagship restaurant, Shiro, Chef Hideo Yamashiro’s Orris is a smaller place featuring a stainless-steel kitchen, green-tinted dining area, and hip, friendly vibe. Located on a happening stretch of Sawtelle Blvd, Orris feels more straight out of Tokyo than Los Angeles.
