Located below the stunning Barlow Shed inside the historic Victorian train station, St. Pancras Grand Brasserie is a stylish spot to grab food and drinks before catching a train to the Continent. Helmed by Chris Dines, the kitchen specializes in modern British cuisine and serves traditional English breakfasts and afternoon tea daily. More attractive to younger travelers, the brasserie's oyster bar offers communal seating and a terrific selection of whiskys. St. Pancras Grand also features live soul music every Friday and jazz on Sundays between 1 and 4 p.m.
