A resplendent 13-foot alligator designed by Frank Gehry scales the wall at the latest restaurant from Richard Caring's Caprice Holdings group. Art is an important element to this establishment, and it is rumored to be the most expensive collection of art in any London restaurant. The 190-seat dining room is high on theatrics and vibrant additions, including two of the largest live coral reef tanks in the world, and one of the most extensive Japanese whiskey collections. The food is focused on seafood, and everything is sustainably sourced.
