Trinity
London, England, SW4 0JG, United Kingdom
Although its name refers to a cooking method that involves showcasing three main ingredients in each dish, Trinity does often evoke flavor-inspired hallelujahs with its utterly divine dishes. Opened in 2006 by talented chef Adam Byatt, the refined yet welcoming restaurant simultaneously hosts romantic dates and joyful family dinners in its elegant, art-adorned dining room. Dishes are beautifully presented – Welsh rarebit on heavy wooden boards, hearty soups in onion bowls – as well as extraordinarily delicious, with specialties including pork trotters with gribiche and crackling, gorgeous Aberdeen Angus sirloin with Yorkshire pudding and for dessert, rich chocolate cremosa with almond and honeycomb.
Insider Tip:
The Sunday lunch menu and the tasting menu with wine pairings are as affordable as they are delectable, and the staff does a superb job of explaining each course.
