Occupying a refurbished, 1912 field house for ice skaters right on the edge of a romantic pond that serves as a namesake, this Arts and Crafts restaurant is located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Recognized by the James Beard Foundation and Food & Wine, chef Bruce Sherman displays his knowledge of seasonal French-American cuisine with prowess at North Pond. In addition to a set, seasonal tasting menu, Sherman serves only the freshest, most local fare on his dinner menu, like his signature summer corn-on-the-cob soup.
