Until recently known simply as “Verandah” (with the “h”), the expansive first-floor terrace at Four Seasons offers absolutely the best power breakfast in Las Vegas and one of the best lunches (you never know who you’ll see—but you’ll see someone!). Having just emerged from a $1-million renovation, it remains the see-and-be-seen spot for both meals; the new space lets in even more natural light from the lush gardens off the partially enclosed patio. Chef Antonio Minichiello is reimagining the menu, offering different lineups of handmade pastas and wood-fired specialties. Not around on a weekday? Happily, the beloved weekend brunch (with its donut machine and Bloody Mary bar) endures.
