MOzen Bistro, Mandarin Oriental

MOzen Bistro, Mandarin Oriental

The hushed, modern dining room on the third floor of Mandarin Oriental is one of the best places to impress an out-of-town guest, with its menu that spans Asia, and deferential, precise service to match. Opt for sushi or dim sum from the staggering selection, of options—or go straight for my favorite: Thai green curry, with prawns simmered in spicy coconut milk, Siamese eggplant and sweet basil, and fragrant jasmine rice.
