Set in the Palazzo, the Italian-inflected restaurant boasts the expected high-end ambience with soaring ceilings, lustrous Italian marble surfaces, and antique furniture. The menu features organic super-Prime beef and free-range organic veal. Dry-aged steaks are rubbed with sea salt, black pepper and rosemary before being seared to order and sided with mascarpone-and-guanciale mashed potatoes or broccolini with house-smoked pork. The wine is global in scope, though with a focus on Italy.
