The MGM Grand, with its commanding location on the Vegas Strip marked by a 100,000-lb bronze lion statue, is a Las Vegas experience in itself. The property boasts one of the city's largest and most high-stakes casino floors, a 6.6-acre pool complex, a lion habitat, a Cirque du Soleil show, and more than 20 stores. Many of the hotel's dining options are manned by celebrity chefs, such as Tom Colicchio at Craftsteak and Joël Robuchon who runs two Michelin-starred restaurants. The hotel has more than 5,000 rooms to offer, divided among four 30-story towers.

Room to Book:

Book a Tony Chi-designed Skyloft—which the hotel refers to as "private sanctuaries"—for unparalleled views of the skyline.

Insider Tip:

For the ultimate poolside experience, consider renting one of the cabanas, which feature private patios, towel service, and complimentary drinks and snacks.
