Brown's Beach House

It may seem like ocean-side restaurants are a dime a dozen in Hawaii, but Brown's Beach House puts its tables among the palms. Named after 19th-century local golfer Francis H. I´i Brown, the restaurant is run by executive chef TK Keosavang, who works up a changing menu with emphasis on regional ingredients and Big Island, Hawaii Regional, and Pacific Rim cuisine. Starters include the ahi poke with papaya and tomatoes, while mains include seafood linguini and mango braised chicken breast. Local musicians provide live music at this dinner-only location.
