Located in the mountainous resort area of Keystone, this restaurant services the Ski Tip Lodge with a four-course tasting menu of Colorado-inspired American cuisine. Low ceilings and exposed-wood beams are reminiscent of the building’s era as a stagecoach stop in the 1800’s. With only two seatings nightly, the dining experience encourages lingering over executive chef Kevin McComb’s signature dishes like lamb chops with crispy oxtail, and trout with preserved lemon risotto. A sitting room with couches and a stone fireplace is available for dessert or an after-dinner cocktail.
