Saluté Ristorante Sul Mare
This restaurant’s menu is a marriage between Caribbean and Italian cuisine with an emphasis on seafood. The oceanfront seating overlooks Higgs Beach, while the inside is designed like a funky beach shack with hanging white lights, mural-painted walls, and a dog-friendly policy. The surrounding area is great for taking a stroll on the beach before or after dinner, and nearby sand volleyball courts provide entertainment. The sunset views are especially popular as well. Specialties include Carrie’s gazpacho, hamburgers from Niman Natural Farms, and Betty’s pecan pie.
After dinner, visit the nearby Key West AIDS Memorial and White Street Pier.
