Situated directly on York Harbor, this family-owned inn is housed in a white clapboard cottage built in the 1890’s, with covered porches overlooking the water and the sloping front yard. Spread across the main cottage and four outlying buildings, the 21 guest rooms are individually designed with colorful pillows, fresh flowers, and nautical accents like model ships and marine-themed paintings. Some also include kitchenettes and gas fireplaces, as well as private balconies with water views. A full breakfast buffet is included, and the Dockside Restaurant serves regional fare like homemade seafood chowder. On-site activities include biking, fishing, croquet, and shuffleboard.
