Roy's, Ko Olina

Now with restaurants throughout the mainland, Roy's Ko Olina is one of three Hawaii locations in chef-restaurateur Roy Yamaguchi's Hawaiian-fusion empire. Known for its Polynesian-influenced seafood, hand-cut meats, and artistic sushi, Roy's has a menu that changes daily, with popular selections like garlic-mustard short ribs and blackened ahi tuna.
