Perched on top of a rainforest hilltop on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, the Victorian-Neo Classically designed Villa Caletas offers 43 luxury rooms and suites to relax in after a hard day at the volcanic, private beach; horizon pool; and on-site spa. Although just an hour from San Jose, there’s little reason to leave this self-contained resort, which includes two restaurants, beach bar, boutique, fitness center, and rainforest trail.
