One of their best-loved ventures is located in the Istanbul Convention and Exhibition Centre just north of Taksim Square. The dining room is marked by white-napped tables, rich upholstery, tall windows, and dark wood paneling covered with original paintings of contemporary Turkish art. The menu is filled with classic Anatolian dishes like stuffed cabbage leaves; octopus, and keskek (a wheat-berry risotto) — all given a New York makeover. In summer, the terrace has the most coveted tables and offers glittering night views of the city.
