The only luxury restaurant in Andros, Cabo Del Mar doubles as a bar and the view is second to none, overlooking the pristine blue Aegean Sea from a wraparound wooden deck, all surrounded by tropical foliage. The view isn’t the only Greek treasure; the menu boasts local flavors such as grilled shrimp with hazelnut pesto and lamb cooked in a clay oven. The sizable outdoor area has plenty of lounge seats flanked by gauzy white curtains to set the mood for after-dinner drinks, as music plays late into the evening and the lights from the mainland twinkle.
