Superstar Oahu chef Ed Kenney opened Town, his first restaurant, in 2005, and it's been perennially popular with both locals and visitors ever since. Kenney’s ethos here is simple: “Local first, organic whenever possible, with aloha always.” The menu changes daily based on whatever is available and fresh, but often includes simple, minimally-fussed-with dishes like the flank steak with dandelion greens and chimichurri and a perfectly grilled mahimahi with Meyer lemon.
