According to the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Duk Ling has ceased operation.
Perhaps the best way to see the city is aboard a small traditional sailing junk in Victoria Harbour. The boat, staffed by a cheery crew of weather-beaten salts, makes gentle two-hour trips twice on Thursday afternoons, and twice more on Saturday. (You can board on the Hong Kong side and alight in Tsim Sha Tsui, or vice versa.) Don’t forget your camera: the watery vantage point means you’ll be treated to some of the best skyline views in the city.
