A Hong Kong institution for more than a century, this homegrown department store is still one of the city's major shopping destinations. The clothing, luxury cosmetics, and classy houseware brands carried here are more or less what you'll find in the city's high-end malls—but they're all under one roof here, and what a roof it is. In mid 2015, local architects Yabu Pushelberg restructured the 80,000-square-foot space into four bespoke rooms meant to evoke the modern day shopping salon. The newest attraction comes in the form of two rooms curated by Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen, star designers of the cult American label The Row. This is swank shopping as it should be.
