Quirky decorations like an antique bicycle wheel and asymmetrical stone vases add visual interest to the otherwise sparse dining room, which has polished concrete floors and white brick walls. Outside, a tiny front patio provides limited additional seating. The menu includes such specialties as chicken livers with caramelized onions, and Liberty Farms duck confit with brandy-soaked prunes and creamy polenta. For dessert, don’t miss the “Animal-style Sundae” with Tahitian-vanilla gelato and homemade espresso toffee.
