Features
Good breakfast spot, Hotel restaurant

There’s a sleek, European feel to Balfes, with its striped awning and monochrome chairs on the terrace (complete with blankets for chilly Dublin weather). Open all day (with an excellent weekday breakfast menu available from 8am), Balfes is the perfect pit stop, whether you fancy a flat white and a pain au chocolat mid-morning, or a whiskey sour and clams marinière at sundown. Healthy eaters are particularly well catered for, with a number of wholesome options on the menu—the oat pancakes with almond butter and banana are popular with the fitness crew who pop in post-workout.
