Set in the 12th-floor lobby of the Ritz-Carlton, Deca Restaurant + Bar opened in 2010 and offers contemporary American cuisine in an Art Deco-inspired dining room. The restaurant is designed in warm gold tones with plush banquettes, contemporary art, and vibrant flowers, all surrounding a large central fountain. At polished wooden tables, diners enjoy signature dishes from executive chef Mark Payne, such as the fruits de mer seafood tower and steak frites with truffle mushrooms.
