This Prohibition-era inspired restaurant and bar overlooks the Maple Tree Square section of historic Gastown. Owned by a handful of bartending veterans, the intimate, neighborhood venue serves Asian-influenced small plates like bánh mì and gyoza. The cocktail list includes several creatively named options, such as Penicillins, made with blended scotch, peated scotch, ginger, lemon, and honey; and Moscow Mules, made with vodka, ginger beer, bitters, and lime. Whitewashed, exposed brick walls, and a sparkling chandelier respect the 100-year-old building’s structure.
