Foggy Bottom

Park Hyatt Washington D.C.

1201 24th St. N.W.
Washington, DC, 20037, United States
TEL: (202) 789-1234

Remodeled by New York—based designer Tony Chi, this stylish West End hotel is located within walking distance of Georgetown and Dupont Circle. The lobby contains photographs of cherry trees printed onto 10-foot glass panels, while the 216 guestrooms combine classic elements such as white down duvets with unusual touches like American folk art and hardcover photography books. The hotel’s Blue Duck Tavern is renowned for its contemporary American fare—including the signature apple pie—and the Tea Cellar serves more than 50 rare teas from remote Asian villages. The property also includes a spa and a sky-lit indoor pool.

Room to Book:

The hotel is surrounded by tall buildings, so good views are scarce, but high-level rooms at the front of the hotel at least provide views of 24th Street.

Insider Tip:

Rent a bike from the hotel for free, and go for a ride along the nearby Rock Creek Park Trails.
