Considering that the Florida Keys are surrounded by ocean views at every turn, it makes sense that the region’s top restaurants lean heavily toward seafood dishes. While this certainly includes some decidedly high-end places to eat, like Latitudes, which you’ll arrive at via ferry and then be treated to breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views, it could also be as simple as a shrimp melt at Blue Heaven in Key West.
