Every year serious art buyers and trinket hounds descend on Santa Fe for this weekend-long event.

Once the dinner hour’s past at this venerable Spanish restaurant (dating to the 1830’s, it’s Santa Fe’s oldest), the amber-lit, beamed dining room fills up with fans of live music.

Part of the Museum Hill complex about three miles southeast of the Plaza, this is the best of a handful of facilities in town dedicated to preserving and interpreting the Southwest's indigenous pottery, weaving, jewelry, and other art forms.
