The name of this semi-converted 440-acre farm in Vermont’s rural Northeast Kingdom highlights its biggest perk — lush, long views of the state’s famous Green Mountains, which are visible from each of the 14 guestrooms and suites. Set in the farm’s 19th-century brick creamery and wood farmhouse, the rooms reflect its age, with poster beds, floral wallpaper, wicker chairs, and maple wood floors. Outside, there are 100 miles of hiking, biking, cross-country ski, and snowshoe trails, as well as an animal sanctuary for rescued farm animals run by the inn’s owner.
