Named after explorer and navigator Henry Hudson, Hudson Restaurant & Lounge serves contemporary comfort food in a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Menu selections include brick oven pizzas; sustainable seafood dishes, such as the wild Virginia brook trout; and natural and free range dishes, including the Murray Farms buttermilk fried chicken. A late night menu is available, and hors d’oeuvres are served at the bar. The West End establishment is also known for its handcrafted cocktails that offer a twist on classic drinks, such as the white sangria fusion margarita.
