The best-kept secret of the Dubai International Airport (it’s not advertised) may be that if you are in need of some brief, uninterrupted sleep in a real room with a real bed, you can rent a room by the hour. Most of the 88 rooms are small, with attractive simple furnishings in cream and apricot hues, and resemble cruise-ship staterooms, with porthole windows looking out toward Duty Free.
