If you’re stopping over in Dubai, the likelihood is high that you’ve just gotten off a long flight and are on your way to another. Which means you’ll probably want a shower. The showers in the airlines’ lounges are hit-and-miss (some are truly bad). Instead, find your way to this health club, which has, in addition to a gym ($13 for one hour of use), private shower rooms with towels, toiletries, and hair dryers, plus men’s and women’s steam rooms, saunas, and Jacuzzis, and a co-ed pool. The best deal is a package that combines wet areas and the gym—valid for three hours and 45 minutes—for $36. You can also get a Swedish or shiatsu massage ($64 for an hour). Open 24/7.
