Taking its name from the famous Boston eatery, Steuben's Food Service strives to recreate the American Regional Classics we all know and love. The bright blue paint, light wood accents and metallic tables offer a throwback to those classic '50s diners, but the interior still has modern touches. Chefs Matt Selby and Brandon Biederman have carefully constructed a menu that offers their take on creative American cuisine. Favorites include the Maine lobster roll, the green chili cheeseburger, and a classic execution of mac and cheese. The restaurant also serves up nightly specials and a weekend brunch.
