This green restaurant, which relies 100 percent on wind power, incorporates fresh local ingredients into its homemade salsa, guacamole, and tamales. The bar is also locally renowned for its multi-page tequila list and award-winning house margarita. Happy hour is particularly popular here and is offered from 4 to 6:30 p.m. and again from 10 p.m. until close.
