Fearing's
The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas
Dallas, TX, 75201, United States
Gaining the attention of Food & Wine in addition to being named the Restaurant of the Year by Esquire Magazine, Fearing’s has become a fine dining staple in Dallas's Uptown area. Chef and partner Dean Fearing, winner of a James Beard award, is famous for his farm-to-table approach, which highlights some of the southern region’s most delicious ingredients in such dishes as short ribs braised in Dublin, TX Dr. Pepper and served with "loaded" whipped potatoes and crispy tobacco onions. The high ceilings, huge doorways with draped curtains and high-backed chairs and sofas are exactly what you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton restaurant.
Insider Tip:
Fearing believes in a personal touch and is actually in the restaurant often. Don’t be surprised if you see him walking around the dinning room and chatting it up with patrons.
