Dragonfly
Hotel ZaZa
Dallas, TX, 75201, United States
Located uptown inside the boutique Hotel ZaZa, Dragonfly’s dining room is marked by graphic Piero Fornasetti wallpaper, framed photographs and artwork, and clean, sharp lines. Dozens of pendant lights hang at different lengths near the bar, forming a partition from the dining room. Chef Dan Landsberg's makes his mark on Nouveau American fare such as the ginger beef tenderloin that is served with broccolini, sesame potatoes, and a shiitake demi. Desserts include Who Put Their Peanut Butter in My Chocolate, a peanut butter mousse with chocolate bundt and fudge sauce, and Afterschool Snack (a modern take on the chocolate-covered Twinkie.)
Insider Tip:
During the warmer months, patrons can eat on the restaurant’s pool-side terrace, which has views of the Dallas skyline.
