While the stainless-steel open kitchen and dining area's large nature photographs may not evoke Italy, the menu quickly makes up for it. Each dish is a simple combination of fresh flavors such as the made-fresh-daily gnocchi and ravioli and the complimentary focaccia with dipping pesto and olive oil. You can order a signature dish like the roasted butternut squash or try a seasonally transformed classic—the dessert menu in particular often includes new versions of tiramisu and ricotta cheesecake. The wine list, which focuses on artisan "undiscovered" wineries, includes limited seasonal vinos, a few of which are exclusive to Pomodoro.
