Monart Destination Spa
The 18th-century former Jameson whiskey family estate—known as the Still—could hardly have anticipated its latest incarnation. Glass corridors now link the stone manse with a polished new spa. Guests can detoxify in the salt grotto and Swedish log sauna or have a caviar facial. Chic, natural-hued guest rooms have modern touches like plasma televisions, but the antique four-poster beds and freestanding tubs in the two suites in the original building will appeal to traditionalists.
