At KUL—Danish for charcoal—you can get whatever you want, as long as it's something barbecued. Dishes such as Korean style spareribs, turbot with Asian crudité, mussels with curry and coconut, and jamon iberico with squid tempura and black aioli give the menu an international touch, though American staples, such as rib on bone with mac'n'cheese, play the biggest role. The grilled pineapple with liquorice ice cream and Japanese bread is an excellent way to end the night.
