Summit at the Broadmoor

Architect Adam Tihany designed the interior of this American brasserie that opened inside the Broadmoor Hotel in 2006. A row of white drum chandeliers hangs over dark wood tables and leather chairs with olive-green cushions. The focal point of the dining room is a 14-foot cylindrical, glass wine tower that revolves behind the bar, displaying a selection of more than 500 bottles from regions ranging from Australia to France. Year-round Summit Favorites are on the menu, like lobster and bacon pot pie, as well as rotating seasonal dishes, such as Nantucket Bay scallops.
