Residing in a Flatiron townhouse, the fish and seafood edition of Laurent Tourondel’s BLT franchise (others include BLT steak in Midtown and Gramercy's BLT prime) features walnut tables, an open kitchen, and a retractable glass roof on the third floor. Diners excitedly queue up to sample what chef Amy Eubanks does with fresh, line-caught Alaskan halibut, Chilean turbot, and New Zealand pink snapper, any of which can be topped off with amazing lemon-caper brown butter or lime-cilantro mayonnaise. For diners whose appetites stray from the sea, there are two "Not Fish" options: roasted chicken or grilled strip steak.
